DM-400

The DM-400 is a manual applicator gun designed for applying product in 400ml cartridges (Big volumes) using a long nozzle.

Fully compatible with the plastiform range, it’s an intuitive tool for taking impressions with precision and dexterity. It is designed for 400mL cartridges only.

The DM-400 applicator gun is robust, allowing for manual application of Plastiform products with high control over the flow. It ensures a precise and constant 1:1 mixing ratio, which is crucial for proper polymerization after injection.

Manual application lets you manage the flow to avoid creating air bubbles. To ensure the correct mixing ratio, you must use the nozzles provided with the cartridge.

The DM-400 is a mandatory tool for applying cartridge-based big volume products. This accessory has long-term utility.

Additionally, there is a pneumatic and a battery gun available for applying plastiforms in 400mL cartridges, offering a non-manual or automatic options for those who use it during a long period of time.

The DM-400 should be used for any application involving a 400ml cartridge, except when you need a pneumatic or battery gun or some kind of automatic dispensing system.

To fit a cartridge to the gun:

  1. Pull the metallic tab outwards as far as it will go,
  2. Position the cartridge,
  3. Secure it by pushing the tab inwards,
  4. Attach the nozzle to the cartridge,
  5. Squeeze the trigger to mix the two components,
  6. Take your impression after verifying the mixture is mixed properly.

Before using the plastiform, don’t forget to clean the surface using the DN1 degreaser or any other validated degreaser.
