DN1 Degreaser is a custom formulated degreaser specifically developed to clean surfaces before impression taking. It’s a product made for removing the most stubborn oil and grease residues.
Its innovative formula acts swiftly on surfaces, ensuring a spotless clean without leaving any traces or residues behind.
The DN1 Degreaser had been developed to be fully compatible with Plastiform products, ensuring an optimal cleaning experience before every plastiform impressions. It guarantees no residues will perturb the accuracy of the replica.
It is Available in a handy 400mL aerosol for quick applications or in 1L cans for larger tasks.
As it is validated for Plastiform use, it improves the impression taking process and guarantees high accuracy replicas by removing any pollutant on the surface.
The DN1 Degreaser must be used before any application, but especially for :
- Dimensional control & Roughness control: It ensures a good polymerization and a better accuracy by removing contaminants between the product and the surface.
To achieve optimal results, the DN1 is mandatory before any impression taking.
For best practice, it is recommended to degrease the part thoroughly and wait for the degreaser to completely evaporate before using a Plastiform product on the surface.
These instructions are applicable to all Plastiform products within the range.
