The F30 XL is ideal for large total impressions when you need to measure a big radius or diameter.
The final replica is flexible, with a final hardness of 30 Shore A, allowing it to resist the stresses and deformations caused by manual extraction of the impression.
The F30 XL is recommended for controlling complex internal shapes; however, ensure that the Extraction Stress does not exceed 15%. It is also very useful for protecting one or multiple parts by creating a masking mold.
The impression offers results with a micron resolution, very accurate and matching the dimensions of the original part. All properties of the part (shape, appearance, dimensions) are precisely reproduced in the impression.
The replica is not damaged during the extraction process, ensuring accurate results: it have shape memory. The F30 XL leaves no trace inside the part after removal.
The properties of the F30 XL also allow it to protect or preserve parts and can be used as a tailored seal or isolant.
As with all high-volume products, the F30 XL has a longer than normal working time. This extended time allow users to apply the mixture completely in large volumes before it start to polymerize.

The F30 XL is designed to meet the following applications:
- Dimensional Control: When you need to measure the radius or diameter of complex internal forms.
- Protection, masking: Custom protective molds against surface treatments.
- Custom joint and sealing: To ensure a component is waterproof or well isolated.
It can also be used for the dimensional control of simple internal forms.
When using this product in bottle or cans, you have to manually mix both components in a 1:1 ratio. Strictly follow the guidelines in the instructions for use and Technical Sheet.
Manual mixing requires careful attention to the quantities mixed and the product’s working time.
We recommend pouring the F30 XL slowly, allowing it to flow into every corner while avoiding air bubbles. These instructions also apply to all other high-volume fluid products in the Plastiform range.
As the replica is very flexible, its dimensions should only be checked with visual measuring machines such as: Profile projectors, Microscopes, Optical Measuring Devices, etc.
