LL Nozzles
LL nozzles fit all 50ml cartridges and are slightly smaller than standard nozzles, allowing them to fit into tighter shapes. You can use this nozzle WITH or WITHOUT a needle at the end, but we highly recommend using it only when you need a needle for your application.
Start the injection only when you are fully prepared to perform your controls. Do not use pasty products with this nozzle when a needle is attached at the end.
Once the product is mixed inside, it begins to cure and will polymerize within a few minutes. After polymerization, the nozzle is no longer reusable and must be discarded.
Unlike the tips, the needle cannot be reused after the polymerization process, as it is impossible to remove the cured product inside.
Nozzles are essential accessories for applying Plastiform in 50ml cartridges. LL nozzles are not included with the cartridges and must be ordered separately.
The LL nozzle is attached to the end of the cartridge after you remove the cap. Simply push the nozzle onto the cartridge and turn it to the right to lock it in place.
If you need to use a needle, clip it onto the nozzle’s outlet. The nozzle and needles are specially designed to fit together.
Once the LL nozzle is mounted on the cartridge, you can attach the assembly to the dispensing gun and begin your application.
Before applying a Plastiform product, you must clean the application surface with DN1 degreaser.
