It can fill spaces with a diameter of up to 0.1 mm, adapting to various shapes with micron-level accuracy. Once set, it remains flexible and elastic, with a hardness of 30 Shore A, allowing easy removal from intricate parts.
This product is specifically designed for visual inspections of surface conditions.
It accurately replicates surface details, capturing features like tool marks, scratches, streaks, slits, and pitting, as well as shape variations like flatness, undulation, and circularity.
The replica’s high level of detail, along with its stable structure during extraction, ensures reliable inspection outcomes without leaving any residue.
